Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Accountability We had a terrible experience with Cinnamon Air. Despite booking a charter for personalized service, we were left waiting in the cold with young children and no breakfast. There was no transport to the pickup point, which led to damage to our bags. The airline was aware of bad weather early on but failed to inform us or respond to our calls. Even after all this, they didn’t provide transport to Colombo, which was a key reason for booking the flight. Ground support was nonexistent, and the overall handling was unprofessional. Totally unacceptable and not worth the premium price.

I recently had the opportunity to travel with Cinnamon Air, Sri Lanka’s premier domestic air travel provider, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring a seamless travel process from start to finish. The pilots demonstrated a high level of professionalism, and the journey itself was both smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was an impressive experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Cinnamon Air to anyone seeking convenient and comfortable domestic air travel within Sri Lanka.

The company has an amazing airport in Colombo. The staff is very nice, the pilots are absolutely great… and the landscapes you’ll see in the air… breathtaking.
