Adam’s Peak is situated in the central highlands of Sri Lanka, approximately 40 km northeast of Ratnapura and 32 km southwest of Hatton.
The climb typically takes 2 to 4 hours, depending on fitness levels, with the decent taking about 1.5 to 3 hours.
The pilgrimage season runs from December to May, offering safer and more comfortable conditions due to milder weather and illuminated pathways.
