Excellent overall experience! From the time we were picked up to bag check in to the waiting area before boarding was easy and efficient. The staff were friendly and courteous. The aircraft itself was clean and the pilots were professional and helpful. can't recommend this enough to get around Sri Lanka. instead of a full day journey - we were able to get from Colombo to Jaffna in just one hour.
