This was a lovely experience. Everything from check-in to boarding was very efficient. The agent on the ground in Anuradhapura was delightful. Captains were very talented and made us feel very safe.

The process from booking to pick up through boarding the flight was seamless and attentive. We felt safe and very welcome! The waiting area might have been the most relaxing pre-flight experience we have had. The crew was very kind. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
