Special Notice – Momentary Suspension of Scheduled Flights
Whilst Cinnamon Air has been gearing up to resume operations diligently with additional safety and hygiene measures in place, due to several restrictions and precautionary measures taken by regulatory authorities to curtail the spread of COVID-19 locally, the airline’s Scheduled services have been suspended till 31st August 2021.
Cinnamon Air is continuously assessing the situation and will be ready to resume Scheduled operations as soon as it is feasible to do so.
Cinnamon Air is welcoming visitors for Charter and Scenic flights once again from all corners of the globe. However, there is still quarantine in place, but it has been reduced to 24-36 hours for passengers who have had 2 doses of the vaccine, 2 weeks prior to boarding a C7 flight, and a negative PCR test 72 – 96 hours prior to arriving in Sri Lanka.
For non-vaccinated passengers, the airline will accept subject to the passenger spending 14 days in a Level 1 hotel, boarding a domestic flight directly from a Level 1 hotel, and possessing adequate negative PCR test as per destination guidelines.
